Maintain administration of user's NT accounts, Exchange accounts, and establishing all user/department directories. Also responsible for creating new Global and Local Groups as the company's growth requires them.
Responsible for maintenance and security of ten Windows NT servers (one PDC, two BDC's, and seven member servers). This includes backing up file and print servers, and synchronization of all Domain Controllers.
Installing memory, sound cards, nic cards, cdroms, cameras, scanners, digiboard and multiple modems, hard drives and tape drives (ide & scsi)
Prestaged, configured and installed Windows NT 4.0 Compaq and Dell server networks (PDC, BDC, Dhcp, Wins, Ras server Exchange server, firewall server, Metaframe server, and Domino server). Also established networks employing Microsoft Small Business Server. Configured these servers with fault tolerant methods (Raid 5 and mirroring). Installed and maintain HP and IBM network printers using Novell print servers . Implement Intel LANDesk to remotely maintain and troubleshoot workstations. Set up network backup strategy with ARCServe for NT and Novell.
